CCC Station Identification
On this day, I had the students completely go to each station and identify the cross cutting concept that best depicted the photos at that particular station. I also followed up with the students to be sure they correctly identified the station and discussed the photos as well.
Below are the stations and their identifications.
What students need to do is in their notebook is fill it out in the following format:
Claim: (identify the Cross Cutting Concept
Evidence: (Identify a few key parts of the photos that helped to determine that decision.
Reasoning: Form an argument that explains why they think that station is that cross cutting concept.

Then I assigned each group one question and they filled out the individual CER assessment and was prepared to to present their arguments as to why they felt their ccc answer was the correct one.
